This year, Tennessee Charitable Care Network (TCCN) is collaborating with the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) who is administering the 2023 Standards of Care Survey online. The survey is open now through February 21, 2023. Our decision to utilize NACF’s survey tool will streamline our annual data collection efforts for all TCCN Members and will facilitate the telling of your organization’s story – at the national and the state level.
TCCN member organizations must provide previous-year data no later than February 21, 2023, or have a current completed survey on file in order to be eligible for upcoming grant funding. This data is critical to help the TCCN identify funding opportunities, educational/training resources, and in-kind contributions. It helps to enhance the TCCN's ability to educate policymakers, the press, and the public about the important work you provide to your communities. The data provided will also be reported back to you, TCCN members, to make your case for support, writing grants, advocating, recruiting staff and volunteers, communicating with patients, the media, the community at large, and improving services to patients.
