About TCCN

About Tennessee Charitable Care Network (TCCN)

TCCN binds together and strengthens the statewide network of charitable care organizations. TCCN is a key resource in ensuring that charitable care providers are educated, equipped, and prepared to be vibrant participants within the fabric of their local healthcare safety net. Through its leadership, programming and advocacy, TCCN will assure that all Tennesseans have access to high-quality, affordable health care.

TCCN captures and highlights stories from the front lines as clinics and referral networks work with others in their local healthcare safety net to pursue the triple aim of population health improvement, enhanced patient experience, and lowered costs. TCCN brokers resources and relationships that benefit clinics and referral networks and those they serve, and serves as a catalyst for system change and innovation in the wider healthcare safety net throughout our state. Without TCCN advocating on behalf of charitable care organizations and driving practice and quality improvement, Tennessee would be at a significant disadvantage in addressing the critical unmet healthcare needs of vulnerable populations and communities.

TCCN is a network of charitable care organizations located across Tennessee who work together to:

  • develop resources
  • increase funding opportunities
  • enhance knowledge and skills
  • advocate for increased access to care and improved healthcare policies
  • collect and disseminate data
  • promote our mission statewide
"We want people to know how charitable clinics are making a difference and caring for people who have no options for health care."
