This grant is intended to support efforts to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and access to vaccination, especially in under-represented communities and high-risk areas. TCCN participating members will hire, train, and deploy Community Health Workers (CHWs) to build community resilience in combating COVID-19 through addressing existing health disparities in high-risk and vulnerable populations.

A little about the grant:
This grant is intended to address COVID-19-related health disparities and advance health equity by expanding capacity and services to prevent and control COIVD-19 infection among populations at higher risk and that are underserved, including racial and ethnic minority groups and people living in rural communities. |
