2025 TCCN Annual Conference
TCCN is excited to announce our 2025 Annual Conference will be in scenic Chattanooga, TN September 10-12, 2025! We are happy to be partnering with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. We're looking forward sharing more details with you soon!

The theme for this year’s event is “Anchored in Hope: Guiding Care Through Changing Tides” reflecting TCCN’s commitment to supporting our members as they navigate the challenges faced by free and charitable clinics. Through training, networking, and shared best practices, TCCN equips its members with the tools they need to continue delivering quality care. An anchor represents stability, resilience, and unwavering support – perfectly symbolizing our commitment to serve as a steadfast resource, advocate, and partner for our members. This theme reinforces TCCN’s mission to empower, connect, and uplift its members so they can continue serving Tennessee’s most vulnerable populations—no matter the challenges ahead.

Conference Highlights

Conference Days -  We're planning a timely agenda focused on helping our members lead their organizations through challenging times with a focus on leadership, cultivating healthy work cultures, development, and improving organizational infrastructure. Attendees that arrive in Chattanooga on Wednesday afternoon will have the opportunity to visit a member clinic and join us for a Welcome Dinner. We'll have a full day on Thursday and conclude with lunch on Friday!

Networking Events - One of the most valuable aspects of the conference! This year we'll kick off our conference with a Welcome Dinner, and Thursday evening, it's All Aboard a dinner train excursion! You'll definitely want to be at this optional social event. Space is limited and registration is first come, first served! You won't want to miss it! https://www.tvrail.com/
Overall, you'll have lots of time for networking face to face with colleagues, friends, supporters and speakers.

Exhibit Hall - Attendees will have multiple opportunities to visit our Exhibit Hall on Thursday and meet with organizations and companies that seek to partner with free and charitable clinics and programs and support our work.

2024 Wrap-Up
In 2024, we had two great tracks focusing on tools for clinic leaders and community health workers. We kicked-off on Tuesday with an amazing Welcome Reception with remarks by TDH Commissioner, Dr. Ralph Alvarado. Elizabeth Power (The Trauma-Informed Academy) provided our opening keynote address on Wednesday, helping us identify the connection between hope and compassion and how to cultivate these qualities in ourselves and our organizations. Dr. John Dentico provided great insights into leadership in uncertain times in his keynote address Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday the TCCN team presented a retrospective of TCCN’s first ten years in addition to some of our plans and hopes for the future. State Sen. Shane Reeves closed out the conference with an informative report on the shared challenges we face as part of the Health Care Safety Net, and how to effectively advocate to our legislators for the resources needed to meet those challenges.

This year’s conference also featured twelve unique workshops and a local clinic tour, as well as a fun evening mixer at Middle Ground Brewing on Wednesday evening featuring a competitive round of Trivia Time! Over 120 attendees were present throughout the event representing over 60 organizations, including TCCN members, sponsors, speakers, and exhibitors! We hope all attendees left with great ideas for their organizations, and a renewed sense of shared purpose and motivation to work toward new milestones in our next ten years!
