Over 110 attendees from TCCN's member organizations as well as community partners and sponsors participated in this year's event. We're excited to be back in Nashville on September 14-15 in Scarritt Bennett Center! This year's conference theme, "The Next Chapter: Advancing Access to Care" reflects where we are as a network — and where we're headed. For charitable clinics across Tennessee, the next chapter means meeting growing community need with stronger leadership, deeper resilience, and a renewed commitment to the patients who depend on us most. We've curated this year's program with senior clinic leaders in mind. Whether you're navigating workforce challenges, expanding services, or simply trying to lead well in uncertain times, this conference is designed to give you practical tools, meaningful connections, and fresh perspective to carry back to your team. TCCN Sponsored-tracks will include Executive Leadership, Operations, and Rural Health. We're also excited to offer a Community Health Worker track, hosted by our Partners in Health Tennessee Community Health Worker Association (TNCHWA). Whether you are a member of TCCN, TNCHWA, or a Charitable Care Supporter - we know you'll love our keynote speaker, Nina Morel, Executive Director of Coaching and Leadership Development at Lipscomb University College of Business. Her keynote address, Leading From the Inside Out: Coaching and Being Coached, sets the tone for the day — grounding the work of advancing access to care in the kind of leadership it actually takes to get there. Together, we will write The Next Chapter for charitable care in Tennessee. Memphis Red Birds game - 6:35pm (doors open at 5:30 - food and non-alcoholic beverages included ~ registration required) Registration and Fees: DEADLINE to REGISTER - MONDAY, AUGUST 31st TCCN/TNCHWA Member Rate: $125 Non-Member Rate: $175 Sponsors and Exhibitors - see below! Lodging Recommendations: Scarritt Bennett has a variety of affordable lodging options on campus, including private rooms and suites within the Residence Halls, Apartments, and Private Houses. Lodging on Campus is First-Come, First-Served and starts at $80/night and parking is free. Scarritt Bennett requires a 2-night minimum stay. TCCN has also secured a hotel block at the nearby Home2Suites at a group rate of $159/night and a discounted self-parking rate of $35/night. The group rate may be honored 3 days pre/post conference based on availability. Reservations must be received by 8/24/26.
