2025 Uninsured adult healthcare
safety net report
The Uninsured Adult Healthcare Safety Net Program, administered by the Tennessee Department of Health, State Office of Rural Health (SORH), delivers access to healthcare for uninsured adults ages 19-64 who reside in Tennessee.
This report, presented annually to the Tennessee General Assembly by the Tennessee Department of Health, provides data and tells stories about the impact of this program on uninsured Tennesseans. Many of TCCN’s member Community and Faith-Based Organizations participate in this program, providing access to medical and dental care, along with care coordination for specialty care, for thousands of our neighbors.

Salary & Benefits Survey
From mid-January to mid-March 2024, TCCN conducted a survey to better understand the salaries and benefits provided by its members to their employees. A total of 24 organizations responded. This report analyzes member responses from two main perspectives: the organization’s annual budget and the geographic location where the organization is located. In doing this, we hope that the data are more relevant, enabling members to compare like with like.
