What is Hearts of Hope Clinical Quality Summit, and who should attend?
Our 3rd Annual Hearts of Hope Clinical Quality Summit, in partnership with the American Heart Association, will have an amazing agenda featuring experts in substance abuse and treatment, chronic disease management, and data/AI in clinical settings. Operations, Data, and Clinical team members are encouraged to attend!
Is there a fee?
No - this event is free to attend but attendance is limited to approximately 80 guests, so please register promptly!
TCCN Members Only, we have grant funding allocated to reimburse your travel expenses (hotel, mileage, parking, meals).
When is the registration deadline?
We will close registration by close of business day Thursday, April 30th, or sooner if we reach capacity - so please register promptly!
Will the event be recorded?
No, this event will be hosted in-person only in Franklin, TN.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes - we have a group rate secured for May 6-Friday, May 8.

What's the agenda? Are meals included?
TCCN has planned a full day of education, training, and networking for our members on Thursday, May 7th and is partnering with American Heart Association for a half-day of education on Friday, May 8th. If staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in your stay. Meals will be on your own on Thursday. If there is interest, TCCN will coordinate a dutch treat dinner Thursday evening. Coffee/beverages will be provided Friday morning and attendees can register for a boxed lunch at the conclusion of the summit on Friday.
