What is the Operations, Technology & AI Summit, and who should attend?
Our first Operations, Technology & AI Summit will bring our members together to discuss common challenges for charitable clinics implementing new operations, technology and AI solutions. You'll hear directly from Free Medical Clinic of Oak Ridge about the options they're exploring during the renovation of their new building, and have an opportunity to tour the facility-in-progress. CEOs/EDs, Operations, Data, and Clinical team members are encouraged to attend!
Is there a fee?
No - this event is free to attend. Lunch will be provided.
When is the registration deadline?
We will close registration by Tuesday, July 21st.
Will the event be recorded?
No, this event will be hosted in-person only in Oak Ridge, TN at Calhoun's - 100 Melton Lake Peninsula, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, with plenty of free parking.
Is there a hotel room block?
We do not have a room block but can recommend several hotels that are nearby:

What's the agenda? Are meals included?
We're working to finalize the agenda but are currently planning for networking time, group discussion, a panel session, and an AI product demo! Lunch will be provided. After the Summit, attendees will have the option to visit Free Medical Clinic's new clinic at the Armory and see the progress as it's being transformed into a comprehensive rural medical center that will integrate primary care and chronic disease management, specialty services, behavioral health and substance use, dental, and vision care.
