Christi Granstaff
​Executive Director


Bio
As Executive Director, Christi brings a deep passion for the mission and members of TCCN. With more than 20 years of experience in health care policy, leadership, and executive consulting on the state and national levels, Christi’s blend of strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills support TCCN in pursuit of a bold vision for the future, design of practical strategies in support of achieving goals, and collaboration with members and partners to meet the health care needs of our neighbors all across Tennessee. Christi graduated with her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. Her previous work experience includes direct service mental health, improving health care policy for community health centers and the patients they serve, legislative aide to a Member of Congress, Deputy Director for a Primary Care Association, grant writing, and executive consulting where she focused on building and strengthening client relationships, supporting organizations that are improving the lives of those with limited resources, and partnering with clients to increase the impact they have on their communities.

AMANDA ALLEN
DIRECTOR OF IMPACT & SUSTAINABILITY

bIO
Amanda is originally a West Coast native with 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern College (IA) and her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Government Law and Policy from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Her experience includes work in regulatory enforcement related to state campaign finance law, leading a national network of nearly 100 United Methodist-related institutions of higher education, and directing the operations of a fast-growing nonprofit launching a national stillbirth prevention public health campaign. She is passionate about strengthening mission-driven organizations and empowering nonprofit leaders and is excited to be part of expanding TCCN’s reach and impact across Tennessee.  ​

Mattie Callahan
Director of Programs


bio
Mattie is a Nashville native and has over 20 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations with underserved populations. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Union University and her Master of Public Administration degree from Cumberland University. Her diverse work experience includes case management, volunteer coordination, federal and state grant administration, and program development. Most recently she helped launch the “SMILE ON 65+” program, a statewide initiative designed to help older Tennesseans access affordable oral health care. Through this experience she observed the challenges charitable care organizations face, as well as their resilience and the critical role they play in creating healthier communities. She is thrilled to continue supporting the work of these organizations as part of the TCCN team. In her down time, Mattie enjoys spending time with her rescue dogs, travelling, and photography.

Diamond Ramirez
​Program Manager


bio
​Diamond is a Memphis native and graduated from Bates College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Biostatistics at the University of Memphis.  Diamond has worked as a certified ACA navigator and Healthcare Access Specialist with Family and Children’s Service.  She also has experience as a research assistant for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center on a cancer-survivor research study.  She has experience working with nonprofits, community organizations, and Spanish-speaking populations. ​
