TCCN programs and initiatives

TCCN strives to develop programs and initiatives that support the needs of our members, including grant opportunities for members. Over the last several years, we've supported our members through funding and program support for clinical programs such as breast and cervical cancer screening outreach, chronic disease management, and prevention and screening for opioid abuse disorder, to initiatives that address social drivers of health, such as transportation assistance and Community Health Worker (CHW) program development.

TCCN was established in 2014 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization to ensure that Tennessee's Charitable Care Organizations are equipped to effectively respond to the health care needs of vulnerable populations now and into the future.
