Amanda Myers Atchley has served as the western region’s Zero Suicide Initiative Program Coordinator with Mental Health America of the Midsouth since November 2020. She graduated from The University of Alabama with a Master of Social Work Degree and is an LCSW in Tennessee and Arkansas.

Anabelle Cruz-Orengo

Annabelle Cruz-Orengo holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Major in Management and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. Before joining TCCN in June of 2021, she worked for 10 years as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for Family & Children’s Service. In addition, Annabelle provided financial and administrative services to CASA of Davidson County and Renewal House. Prior to moving to Nashville, Annabelle worked at the Puerto Rico Council on Higher Education for 14 years. She has almost 33 years of experience in budget, human resources, finance, project management, facilities management, and emergency preparedness.

Annabelle was recognized in 2014 as Supervisor of the Year at Family & Children’s Service. She was selected as a Finalist for CFO of the Year by the Center for Nonprofit Management in 2014 and 2017 and a Finalist for CFO of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal in 2015. She was also selected in 2019 by the Nashville Business Journal as Power Leader in Finance in the Nonprofit Sector.​

As a practicing anthropologist, April helps uncover shared truth and meaning in our complex world. Her passion for centering real human experiences through research has helped many of Epic Pivot's clients uncover deep insights about their customers, employees, clients, and communities. April is an expert in qualitative research, social innovation, and nonprofit strategy. She volunteers with several Memphis-area organizations, and currently serves as the Board Chair for Advocates for Immigrant Rights.​

Beth Farrow

Beth Farrow is the Director of Development and Public Relations at InterFaith Health Clinic, a non-profit organization in Knoxville, TN.  InterFaith Health Clinic provides quality medical, mental health, and dental care services as well as prescription assistance to working, uninsured individuals in the greater Knoxville area.  Beth is responsible for annual giving, special events, capital campaigns, marketing, and public relations for the Clinic.  She has 18 years of experience in fundraising and development for nonprofit organizations.  While InterFaith Health Clinic is a passion and mission for Beth, the greatest joys in her life are her two daughters, Stella and Anna Ruth.​

Beverly Grant

With more than 27 years of experience in fund development for Middle Tennessee non-profits, Beverly Grant discovered her love of connecting generosity to change first as a Board member for agencies such as Tennessee Special Olympics and Fiddlers Grove Foundation. With her own business, Organizit!, she contracted with a variety of nonprofits to create fundraising events, administrate capital campaigns, create development and strategic plans and train staff and Board members. In 2006, she joined the staff of First Steps, Inc., becoming their first development director and moved to advocate for mental health at Park Center in 2008. Since 2014, Beverly serves at Interfaith Dental, leading a dream team of fund development professionals and stewarding donors who provide support for the mission.

Beverly has served as the President for both of the local chapters of Grants Professional Association and Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is an instructor for future Board members through the Young Leaders Council and mentors new development professionals as the community continues to grow.

Dr. Brice Thomas

Rev. Dr. Brice Thomas (he/him) is the ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) Clinical Care Manager for Music City PrEP Clinic (MCPC) in Nashville, TN. Dr. Thomas has been working with ART providers since November, 2021 to navigate and manage the needs of ART patients in the clinic. He also works to expand clinical and non-clinical resources and support services for all of MCPC's patients. Additionally, Brice is adjunct faculty for several theological schools, and an ordained clergy in the United Church of Christ (UCC) denomination with training in clinical pastoral education (chaplaincy), gay couple counseling, conflict resolution, mediation, addiction recovery and compassion fatigue. He is a certified Peer Recovery Specialist expanding support systems for patients struggling with addiction, mental health and comorbidities affecting overall health and wellness. In order to maintain his own wellness, Brice is an active ballroom dancer, singer, actor and musician. His favorite stress relief is caring for his rescue fur-baby, Betty White.​

Cathy Bowling

Cathy Bowling has served as Operations Director at Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF) since January 2022. Since starting at CCHF she has organized a monthly zoom meeting called “The Vine” to establish a platform for mid-level and rising healthcare leaders to come together to discuss clinic morale, staffing concerns, healthcare trends, and to offer encouragement and support to each other. The Vine meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month. She has worked in the medical field for over 40 years. She holds a BS in Healthcare Administration, and has over 15 years of work experience in non-profit healthcare organizations. She came to CCHF from University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency Program where she served as Clinical Coordinator for 3 years. She served as Site Manager for both Christ Community Health Services of Augusta, GA. and Resurrection Health of Memphis, TN. Cathy mentors, teaches, and is well respected among the youth in her community. She is compassionate and actively involved with at risk youth. She has three grown daughters and 7 grandchildren who calls her “Gaga”.

Chance Littrell

Chance Littrell joined Mental Health America of the MidSouth as the director of the Zero Suicide Initiative program in July of 2021. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin for his undergraduate degree in psychology and earned his M.A. in clinical psychology from Western Kentucky University. Chance brings with him a great deal of clinical experience in working with diverse populations in different settings. Initially working with youth and adolescents, Chance has experience in inpatient psychiatric care, therapeutic foster care, and school-based therapy. In addition to his time spent working with youth, Chance has a wealth of experience in working with adults in addiction treatment settings, having worked in both medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction and in inpatient drug and alcohol treatment.​

Dennis Elliot

Dennis has worked to assist TennCare (Tennessee Medicaid) providers with program participation for over 30 years.  He has oversight responsibilities for TennCare Provider Registration/Enrollment, Managed Care Contractor Network Adequacy, and the experience providers have when interacting with TennCare.

Under his direction, TennCare has moved from an entirely paper-based provider registration/enrollment process to utilizing web-based technology for registration.  This has allowed TennCare, TennCare Managed Care Contractors and providers to experience a reduction in administrative tasks related to provider data management while maintaining access to high quality healthcare for eligible TennCare members.​

Elizabeth Berardi

Elizabeth ‘Ellie’ Berardi is the Program Director for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Screening Program (TBCSP). She has worked in this program and with the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) for almost 4 years. Ellie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aurora University in Illinois in 2014 and received her Master in Public Health from Purdue University Global in Indiana in 2021.

Ellie grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Tennessee in 2018. She currently lives in Wilson County with her husband, her son, 2 dogs, and a cat. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, be outdoors and create art. Ellie has a knack for digital design and creating infographics and materials for better visual data representation.​

Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a B.A. in Communications and is currently in the midst of receiving her M.S. in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently the Director of the Office of Faith-Based and Community Engagement for the Tennessee Department of Health and leads the Tennessee Health Disparities Task Force. With more than 18 years of experience working in medicine and public health communications, Hart’s dedication and love for the well-being of others has helped agencies such as the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indiana State Department of Health, Shelby County Health Department and the Tennessee Department of Health have great success with public engagement and outreach. Hart has led public education campaigns to increase breastfeeding, immunizations, prenatal care, proper sleeping positions for infants and workplace health initiatives in addition to disseminate information about health threats such as influenza, Zika virus, severe heat, opioid abuse and COVID-19. She received national recognition for her use of social media in public health by the National Association of City and County Health Officials (NACCHO), the National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC) and the annual Government Social Media Conference. In 2021, three of the campaigns she led were nominated for Emmy Awards.​

Jacy Warrell

Jacy Warrell, MPA brings people and organizations together to improve health outcomes through policy and programs. She is a listener, strategic thinker, and achiever who maintains that the best way to affect positive change is through community engagement, education, and pairing direct services with advocacy.

Currently, Jacy is the Chief Executive Officer of Rural Health Association of Tennessee a 501(c)3 non-profit established to “lead the way for a health tomorrow throughout rural Tennessee” through partnerships, advocacy, education, and resources. In this role, Jacy has committed to advocating for members who include rural hospitals and clinics, school health directors, and others who care about rural health. Her goal is to bring groups together to deliver services that improve health locally, promote peer-to-peer learning and resource sharing, and to elevate rural voices at the Tennessee legislature as well as nationally.

Jacy has a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University and undergraduate degrees in Communication Studies and Public Administration from Western Kentucky University. In her free time Jacy enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking with husband Chris and their three dogs, Alonzo, Jimmy, and Ada Mae.​

Jenny Bartlett-Prescott

Jenny Bartlett-Prescott serves as Chief Operating Officer at Church Health of Memphis, TN, the largest privately-funded, faith-based health clinic in the United States. In her role, she oversees all Church Health clinics: medical, dental, behavioral health, physical rehabilitation and eye care, in addition to nutrition programs. She also oversees the Healthcare Advisory Team (HAT), which facilitates the MEMPHIS Plan, Church Health’s small business health coverage program. To support strategic partnerships, clinical operations and quality improvement, she oversees research, measurement and reporting systems to ensure close monitoring and continuity of care. Jenny has over 20 years of experience in providing healthcare to the uninsured of Shelby County. In 2019, she received Memphis Business Journal’s Healthcare Heroes award for Administrative Excellence. She completed her master’s degree in epidemiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.

Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller is the Uninsured Adult Healthcare Safety Net Director for the State Office of Rural Health and Health Access (SORH) for the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH). Her passion for serving unserved and underserved populations has influenced her experience in public health, program development and implementation, program evaluation, grant writing, grants management and strategic planning.

Prior to joining TDH, Ms. Miller served as Lead Program Manager for the South Central Telehealth Resource Center where she was responsible for strategic coordination and development of three federal grants specific to healthcare access, delivery and education through telehealth.

Ms. Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a focus in Telehealth research from the University of Central Arkansas. Ms. Miller is from Roanoke, Indiana and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.​

John Mills

John Mills is a certified executive coach and a senior clinic consultant with Empowering Church Health Outreach. ECHO has helped to launch and grow ninety-three faith-based and secular medical clinics in 29 states.

Prior to joining ECHO in October of 2008, John and his family served as mission volunteers with the Presbyterian Church USA in Ocosingo, Chiapas, Mexico. The Mills family moved in January 2006 to facilitate the funding, construction and operation of a medical clinic to serve the native Indian population of Chiapas. Prior to moving to Chiapas, John served as the executive director of the North Carolina Association of Free Clinics from 2000-2005. He resides Clemmons, NC with his wife Ginny.​

Rev. Joshua Narcisse

Rev. Joshua Narcisse is a native of Queens, NY, now residing in Memphis, TN. He is a graduate of Howard University and Yale Divinity School. Joshua is a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). He has served previously as the inaugural Faith and Health resident at the Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church (DOC) and Church Health, and is currently the Director of Spiritual Care at Church Health a healthcare not-for-profit serving the underserved and uninsured in the greater Memphis area. There he offers pastoral and spiritual support to staff and patients and coordinates interreligious programming. Joshua is a co-host of The Mystic, a monthly discussion forum on topics of spirituality, faith, and meaning hosted at Crosstown Concourse, and also serves as an adjunct instructor at Bard High School Early College Manhattan.

Joshua Southards

Joshua Southards has been involved in healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee for 18 years. He started in the field working in for a large surgical practice. Several of these surgeons treated patients for Faith Family Medical Center, and in 2010 Joshua made the transition to the charitable clinic space. For 8 years he served as the Director of Operations for FFMC, where he also served on multiple TCCN committees. Joshua currently serves as the executive director for Amputee Blade Runners, a Nashville-based nonprofit that provides free prosthetic legs for active amputees through the US. He provides consulting services to Care Access, a clinical research organization that seeks to engage people from diverse, traditionally underrepresented backgrounds in clinical trials. 


Joshua holds a Masters in Management from Lipscomb University & Juris Doctorate from Oak Brook College of Law. He resides in Nashville, TN with his wife, Bryn, their two middle school children, and an ever-changing number of animals. In his leisure time he enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

Katie Richards

Katie Richards is the Chief Development Officer at Siloam Health, a faith-based healthcare non-profit in Nashville, TN. Since 2014 she has been responsible for creating and executing strategies to grow Siloam’s contributed revenue as well as strengthening Siloam’s brand awareness. When Katie is not raising money for Siloam, you can find her kayaking on a nearby body of water or enjoying one of Nashville’s many amazing restaurants.

Keith Curtis

Keith Curtis has almost 40 years of experience working on behalf of philanthropic organizations across Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region. Over that time, Keith has become recognized as an expert in all aspects of fundraising and nonprofit management. He is also a sought-after advisor and speaker, making up to 30 presentations a year to the nonprofit industry, including venues such as: National Blackbaud Conference for Nonprofits; keynote address at the Virginia Fundraising Institute’s annual conference; multiple Association of Fundraising Professionals chapter presentations in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and New York; the Center for Nonprofit Excellence; the Association of Zoos & Aquariums conference; and a variety of other national and state conferences.
As president of The Curtis Group, founded 33 years ago, Keith and his team have developed strategies to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for over 200 clients. But equally important, his guidance has helped those nonprofits raise awareness, raise their standards of operation and their expectations of what they can accomplish. Clients include the large and visible, such as one of the largest YMCAs in the country, a multi-billion-dollar health care system, and arts, cultural and educational organizations, as well as smaller nonprofits such as free clinics, animal shelters and hospices.
Keith is a past chair of the Giving USA Foundation and the Advisory Council on Methodology. He is also a board member of the Giving Institute, a membership organization dedicated to advancing philanthropy and promoting ethical practices in fundraising; and past president of the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council. He also teaches an annual course at Tidewater Community College’s Academy for Nonprofit Excellence.
Keith has also served on the Dean of the Strome College of Business’ Executive Advisory Council at Old Dominion University. In recognition of his work in philanthropy, Keith was honored with the 2012 Alumni Service Award from Old Dominion University.

Kristyne Hong

Kristyne Hong is a Program Manager at Sostento and manages the organization's national network of free and charitable clinics.

Prior to joining the Sostento team, Kristyne graduated from Columbia University with her Master in Public Health. Before completing her MPH, Kristyne worked domestically and internationally for non-profit organizations, including UNICEF, to increase access to education, healthcare, and mental health resources.

Currently at Sostento, she works with our network of free and charitable clinics to support their COVID-19 vaccination and education outreach efforts.​

Kylee B Dick, East Tennessee Community Engagement Manager, is a passionate professional with over 5 years of experience in social work, education, and care coordination, dedicated to bettering community care for all Tennessee residents. A graduate of the University of Tennessee- Knoxville with a degree in Education, Health, and Human Science she is committed to working towards sustainable access to health and social care. Previously, she interned at Helen Ross McNabb with their therapeutic preschool program as well as Planned Parenthood as a community educator and support services. After schooling, she served her community as a care coordinator at Helen Ross McNabb, Head Teacher at Head Start, and Intercept worker with Youth Villages.

Latoya Alexander

Latoya Alexander is currently a Community Outreach Worker at the MeHarry Community Wellness Center of Excellence . Providing compassionate care to individuals in need of wraparound services including but not limited to Dental, Psychiatric services and case management , As well as Travel medicine and Hepatitis management to name a few. My goal is to help each person I encounter leave better than came, by using my powers to empower them with increased self-esteem, heightened consciousness, and confidence building.

Laura Trull

Laura Hunt Trull is an MSW and has a PhD in Nonprofit and Community Leadership.  Dr. Trull has practiced Social Work in nonprofit administration and in policy development and implementation with the federal Head Start program.  Her research has focused largely on community based participatory research methods, interprofessional social work education, and rural strengths and assets.  She is currently Research Faculty at the Center for Rural Health Research at East Tennessee State University.   She is president of the Virginia Rural Health Association and a long time Remote Area Medical volunteer.   ​

Lauren Brown

Dr. L. Lauren Brown is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences with Meharry Medical College, where she serves as the Director of Trauma and HIV Studies in the Center for the Study of the Social Determinants of Health. She has also held an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Infectious Disease Division here at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a PhD in Social Work. Her work primarily concentrates on building trauma-informed HIV care systems by enhancing organizational trauma resilience.

Maria Michonski

Maria Michonski is the newest member of the training team at the Sexual Assault Center, and specializes in areas of training related to: prevention in LGBTQIA+ communities, prevention and substance use, prevention in higher education settings, and prevention in religious communities, while also enjoying all of our training content areas, including provider self-care, trauma-informed care, vicarious trauma, 101 trainings, etc. She was born and raised in the Nashville area, and has a Master’s in Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School.​

Mary Linden Salter

Mary Linden Salter is the Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Alcohol, Drug and other Addiction Services, an association of addiction and recovery support providers. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and Bachelor’s in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in Tennessee since 1996. She was the Director of Network Services for Behavioral Health for United Healthcare (UHC), and the manager of a utilization review team for Magellan Behavioral Heath, both TennCare MCOs. Mary Linden was the Director of Public Policy at the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organizations, where she was involved in statewide policy analysis and development as well as legislative advocacy. She had clinical roles at the Vanderbilt Center of Excellence for Children in State Custody and as the IOP Program Director for Centerstone.

Since Mary Linden joined TAADAS, the association’s advocacy efforts have included ACA education, addressing the Medicaid Gap, funding for addiction resources, parity education and enforcement, and refinements to LADAC licensure. Mary Linden serves on the TDMHSAS Institutional Review Board, the Co-Occurring Disorders Collaborative Steering Committee, the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute Board of Trustees, the TN Association of Drug Court Professionals Board, and the Healing Arts Project Board.​

Marty Hiller

Marty has spent his career working with and for free and charitable clinics. Beginning in the mid-1970’s as the founder of a program for runaway
youth, a key population of the Cleveland Free Clinic. He later, in the early 1980’s, became the Executive Director of the Cleveland Free Clinic and served in that capacity for twenty years. Marty also founded the Ohio Association of Free Clinics, and was a founding board member and the first president of the board of the National Association of Free Clinics. 
Marty received his bachelor’s degree and secondary school teaching certificate from St. Bonaventure University. He earned his master’s degree in Counseling from Miami University and served an additional year as a Teaching Fellow. He earned a certificate in Not-for-Profit Management from Case Western Reserve. He also is a Patient Centered Medical Home, Certified Content Expert. Currently he is
serving as the Executive Director of Lake County Free Clinic, located in Painesville, Ohio.

Mike Arnold

Mike Arnold serves as the Program Director for Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF) located in Memphis,TN. With over 300 clinics located around the country, CCHF is a growing national movement of Christians who are committed to bring healing to marginalized communities in Jesus’ name. Mike is a seasoned faith leader with considerable experience in community development, non-profit administration, and leadership. He has demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and oversee faith-based programs and special projects both locally and nationally. Moreover, Mike is passionate about equipping the next generation of faith-based leaders and encouraging them to fulfill their God-given potential! Mike has been married for 23 yrs to the lovely Sherrelle Arnold, and together they have 2 sons ( Michael III and Terrance ) and 2 daughters ( Michaela and Mycah) Finally, Mike is a proud graduate of the University of Memphis and loves his city! In his his spare time, he enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his family.

Nicole Lamoreux

Nicole is the President and Chief Executive Officer National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics. She works with America's 1,400 Free and Charitable Clinics and Pharmacies to ensure the medically underserved have access to affordable, quality health care.

Nicole believes we all can make the world a better place, that health care is a right and not a privilege, and that our country must start putting people over politics. Additionally, she believes that we should make sure all people, regardless of their age, sex, income, education, ethnicity, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, or identity, deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

Nicole holds a Master's Degree in American Government and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America. She resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Mark.​

Dr. Paul Juarez

Paul D. Juarez, PhD is Professor and Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Family & Community Medicine, Meharry Medical College. He also is Director, Institute for Health Disparities, Equity, and the Exposome (IHDEE), Director of the Center for Health Disparities Research, and Director of the Center for the Study of Social Determinants of Health. Dr. Juarez is the PI of NIH/NHLBI TN Community Engaged Alliance against COVID-19; PI of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Data Science and Health Disparities training grant; and multiple PI of the NIH Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Consortium to Advance Health Equity and Researcher Diversity (AIM-AHEAD) Consortium; and program director of the statewide TN Area Health Education Center. His primary research interest is in health disparities in general, and specifically, in the effects of the environment on adverse health outcomes and population level disparities.​

Rachel Depperschmidt serves as the Quality Manager at Church Health of Memphis, TN, the largest privately-funded, faith-based health clinic in the United States.  In her role, she oversees internal strategy articulation and deployment across the organization, guiding leaders to use data to make decisions.  In her role, Rachel developed and teaches Church Health's Quality Improvement course teaching key quality improvement concepts and tools while guiding participating teams in running their own improvement project.  Rachel is also the Church Health lead on external quality-related initiatives such as Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation and the CMS Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).  Rachel volunteers as a Master Examiner with the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence, consulting with organizations seeking award levels in the Baldridge Framework-based program.   Rachel completed her masters in epidemiology from the University of Memphis and her bachelor's degree from Christian Brothers University.

Ritika Chada

Ritika Chanda is the Program Coordinator at Sostento, where she manages the non-profit’s relationships with free and charitable clinics and strives to identify their needs.

Before Sostento, Ritika graduated with a B.S in Neuroscience at the Georgia Institute of Technology. During her time there, she volunteered at the Good Samaritan Health Center, a charitable clinic in Atlanta, and helped pilot Sostento's HelplineSOS tool, a COVID-19 helpline serving marginalized populations. Through these experiences, she realized her desire to pursue a career rooted in improving healthcare accessibility.

As a result, Ritika is currently on the path to medical school. Her goal as a physician is to tackle health inequities through advocacy, service, and innovation.​

Rhonda Switzer-Nadasdi

Dr. Rhonda Switzer-Nadasdi graduated from the University of Manitoba College Of Dentistry in 1991. Since then, she has spent her entire career overseeing dental programs for the underserved. She was the head of dentistry at a fly-in health center in the sub-arctic location of Churchill, Manitoba. She was also staff dentist for the Department of Health in Hamilton, Bermuda where she cared for children of low-income families, people with mental challenges, and people in nursing homes and those incarcerated.
Currently, Dr. Switzer-Nadasdi is the CEO of Interfaith Dental. She became the charities’ first employee in 1995 and during her tenure, the clinic has grown from a tiny two-chair operation located in a church basement to two facilities: a 30,000 square foot facility with 18 dental chairs in Nashville and a satellite in Murfreesboro with 8. These two clinics provide 7 million dollars of care to over 3000 patients in a ten-county region of middle Tennessee annually.
Dr. Switzer-Nadasdi is chair of the Middle Tennessee Alliance of Oral Health Advocates, is a Tennessee delegate for the American Dental Association, she served on the American Dental Association’s council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention and on the American Dental Association Foundation. She is on the dental advisory committee for Tenncare, serves on the Tennessee Committee on Workforce and Development, is Treasurer of the Middle TN Safety Net Consortium, is Past President of the Nashville Dental Society and in 2015 she was named non-profit CEO of the year by Nashville’s center for nonprofit management.
She is an avid golfer but to relieve stress she plays weekly on an ice hockey Team.

Roberta White

Roberta White is the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (TBCSP) Community Partnerships Director. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN in 2001 with her BS degree. Ms. White has worked in public health for 16 years. She served as TBCSP Program Coordinator for 14 years in the Upper Cumberland growing and managing the program in that region. Her background includes many years of government service including working with the TN Department of Children’s services, Pickett County Election Commission, and Pickett County Public Library. Ms. White is a mother of two and a native of Tennessee. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and kayaking.​

Sabrina Blue

Sabrina Blue is the Founder and CEO of Helping Hands of Tennessee with 30+ years of corporate management experience. Sabrina vast experience includes developing sales and marketing strategies, implementation of operational plans for top Fortune 500 companies.

Through the years, she has used a collaborative approach to meet goals and excels in providing coaching and mentoring services, helping professionals to develop key skills in relationship management, project management, staffing, and execution.

In 2006, Sabrina studied Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Colorado. Blue is an ordained minister and serves as an Associate Pastor for the Historic First Baptist Church.

Tarik Smith

Tarik currently serves as TCCN’s program evaluator and chief compliance officer on a consultant basis. He is a seasoned social scientist with expertise in program design, process and outcome evaluation, quality assurance and compliance. He is also Social Community Coordinator for Meharry Community Wellness Center and  Director of Community Engagement & Outreach Education, Center for AIDS Health Disparities Research, School of Medicine, Meharry Medical College.

Terrica Williams

Terrica Williams Community Engagement Manager, Unite Us, Southwest Tennessee. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I attended Union University-Memphis where I received my Bachelors in Organizational Leadership.  I plan to return to Union University in the Fall 2023 school year to attain my Master's Degree in Social Work. I have a sincere passion to help people in any capacity that I can daily. In my downtime I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Thomas Kincer II

I was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky giving me firsthand knowledge of the education and healthcare needs of the Appalachian region. I attended Berea College and then the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Upon completion of residency at the UAB-Selma Family Medicine Residency I began my lifelong academic career. Early on I served as faculty in Kingsport and then as Program Director in Montgomery, Alabama for the majority of my career. I have returned to ETSU and serve as the Associate Dean for Rural and Community Programs for the Quillen College of Medicine allowing me to recruit and train medical students for the rural and underserved communities of our region. I have always enjoyed being active and continue my daily runs and workouts as well as spending time with family and friends.​

Yoshie Darnall

Yoshie Darnall is a nurse practitioner in the Reproductive and Women’s Health section of the Division of Family Health and Wellness at the Tennessee Department of Health. She completed her and Masters of Nursing at Vanderbilt University. She worked in the private sector in obstetrics and gynecology and urogynecology before moving into public health. She currently serves as the women’s health clinical trainer for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Screening and Family Planning Programs. She is passionate about reducing disparities, client-centered care and loves to teach about the programs she works with. She is also available to provide contraception trainings, including placement and removal of long-acting contraceptives (LARCs).​
