- We’re looking for a positive, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our Murfreesboro team. This role helps keep the clinic running safely and smoothly by supporting instrument sterilization and infection control, preparing and organizing operatories and supplies, maintaining sterilization equipment and logs, and providing chairside assistance as needed.
Candidates must have an active Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant license and current CPR certification. We’re looking for someone who works well with a team, stays organized in a busy environment, and has a heart for serving others.

This position also manages payments and patient ledgers, schedules follow-up appointments, coordinates insurance and sliding-fee programs, and helps keep the clinic schedule organized.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of dental-office experience, knowledge of dental insurance and financial coordination, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to multitask. Experience with Dentrix Enterprise and Microsoft programs is preferred.
